Jähriger Mordfall is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to file counter-notifications regarding material removed from our site.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page describes the information that should be present in these notices.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Jähriger Mordfall, please notify our designated copyright agent by sending a written notice that includes substantially the following information:

  6. Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Jähriger Mordfall was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated copyright agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
